
All products returned must have at least seven months of shelf life remaining.
API will not accept product that has been discontinued from the warehouse formulary for more than 30 days. CII products are not returnable.
A return authorization number (RA#) must accompany all products returned. For an RA# to be issued, API item number, invoice date and lot number will be required. A signed storage affidavit is also required for all returns. Returns should be shipped to the warehouse within seven business days of RA# issuance.
CREDIT CALCULATION
Products returned within 3 business days from store receipt date will receive invoice price. Products returned
after three business days will be credited lowest API sale price during the last 24 months.
Returned products will be credited less the following charges:
Generic Rx and OTC: 10% restock/processing fee (excluding recalls) Brand Rx: 2% restock/processing fee (excluding recalls)
**A $1.50 per unit minimum charge will be assessed per return.
MIS-PICKS / DAMAGES
Mis-picks and damages must be reported within two business days of receipt of order. All orders are double-
checked for accuracy and verified by surveillance as they are pulled, packed and shipped.
PROMOTIONAL AND SHORT DATED MERCHANDISE
Promotional and/or short-dated products ordered through the API warehouse are non-returnable.
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning merchandise to the API warehouse with
the exception of recalls, mis-picks and damages. In the event of a recall, API will reimburse customers’
shipping charge.
All returned product should be addressed to: Associated Pharmacies, Inc.
Be sure the RA# is plainly visible on top of the box. All stickers must be removed from returned items.
